FAQs during COVID-19

Is Spence extending the annual inspections to ensure our warranties are not impacted due to the store closures & Covid-19?

Yes, for all of our customers whose inspections are due please note we will be extending all inspections until the end of 2020 to ensure our customers have time to make it into the stores when we reopen the business.

Can I send my ring in for repair work?

Sadly, at this time we are not accepting any repairs as our studio is also temporarily closed due to Covid-19. If you are requiring repair work and would like us to contact you when we start up production, please email customerservice@spencediamonds.ca with the name of the account and contact information.

How do I get my order during your store closure?

If you currently have a new order or repair that you would like delivered, we are currently offering complimentary shipping. Please email customerservice@spencediamonds.ca with your account information and we can walk you through this process.

What forms of payment are you taking?

For all outstanding payments at this time, we are doing credit card authorization forms. If you have an existing Flexiti Financing account, we can process your payment as well. However, we are unable to process any new financing applications as they all must be done in person.

What form of shipping do you use?

We are shipping insured overnight shipping via FedEx. Someone will need to be home to sign for the package and we can arrange delivery to a preferred address not just billing addresses. Please note that due to someone having to sign for the package, we cannot ship to a PO Box.

Can I order my wedding bands or place an order?

Sadly, at this time we are not taking any new orders as our studio is also temporarily closed due to Covid-19. If you are wanting to place an order and would like us to contact you when we start up production, please email customerservice@spencediamonds.ca

When do you plan on reopening?

At this time, we are unsure of when we will be able to reopen. We are closely monitoring each one of our market centers and the impact of Covid-19 and will reopen as soon as it is deemed safe for our staff and customers.
