The choice is yours, and we carry both. Many clients choose Artisan Created diamonds because they're socially and environmentally responsible. Thanks to our supply and technology, you can get a noticeably larger diamond for the same price. Our Earth Mined diamonds are consciously mined, rare, and hand-reviewed so we only offer the best of the best. Whichever you lean toward, we'll find a diamond in the price and quality range you have in mind.

Three steps. First, browse the largest collection of engagement rings in North America and choose your style. Next, we show you diamonds and you hand-pick yours. Then we make your ring to order, it will never have been on any finger but yours. Your consultant confirms timing when you place your order. (For reference, earrings and pendants are typically ready in 3–5 business days and ready-made rings in 5–7.)

• If you lose, chip, or crack your diamond in its original setting, we'll replace it — for a lifetime. Just bring your ring in for complimentary annual inspections.
• Your ring mount is guaranteed against defects in materials and workmanship for one year from purchase.
• You can change your solitaire to any other style of equal value at no charge within the first year.
• Our Lifetime Trade-Up Policy gives you the full purchase price of your diamond toward a new piece worth at least 50% more.

You also receive a Spence Quality Certificate: a blueprint of your diamond, and an appraisal valid for insurance.

Yes. Through Affirm, you can split any purchase from $50 to $15,000 into Pay in 4 or monthly payments, online or in store. Setup takes about a minute at checkout, and there are no late fees and no penalties for paying early.

If you're not completely satisfied, return your jewelry to any Spence within 30 days of the order date, unaltered, in its original condition, with the receipt, and we'll refund you.
