Refund policy

If something is not quite right, returning a purchase is straightforward.

Return Window

Eligible purchases may be returned within 30 days of the original order date.

To qualify for a return, the item must be in its unaltered, original condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt and all applicable paperwork.

Made-to-Order and Special Orders

Returns on made-to-order rings are subject to a $100 design cancellation fee, taxes not included.

Special orders may not be returned under any circumstances.

How to Start a Return

To initiate a return, contact our Online Orders team at onlineorders@spencediamonds.com or visit a Spence showroom.

Please have your order number, contact details, and reason for return available.

Refunds

Refunds, less any applicable charges, will be issued to the original payment method.

For card payments, the refund will be credited back to the same account used for the original purchase.

Cash purchases will be refunded by cheque.

Refund Timing

Refunds will be issued within 7 business days after the returned item has been received and processed.

If you would prefer a different style, diamond, or setting, visit a Spence showroom to discuss exchange options with a Certified Diamond Specialist.

Exchange availability may depend on the item and its condition.
