Picking up in showroom is a simple, secure way to collect your online order and see it in person for the first time. The FAQs below cover how click and collect works for online orders, where you can collect, and how you will know your order is ready.
Click and collect is available on all online orders at any of Spence Diamonds’ eight Canadian showrooms. Earrings and pendants typically take 3 to 5 business days to process, while ready-made rings typically take 5 to 7 business days. A team member will call when your order is ready at your selected showroom.

A: When you place an online order you will receive an order confirmation email confirming that your order is being processed. When your order is ready for pickup, a team member will call you to confirm that your order is ready at your selected location. Please do not attempt to pick up your order prior to receiving this call, as your order may not be ready at the location selected.
A: Online orders for earrings and pendants typically take 3 to 5 business days to process before they are ready for pickup at your selected location. For ready-made rings, processing takes 5 to 7 business days. Important: Please wait for a call from our store before attempting to pick up your order. We will notify you once it is ready.
