If something is not quite right, returning a purchase is straightforward. The FAQs below explain the return window, the conditions, how refunds are handled, and how long they take.
Spence Diamonds accepts eligible returns within 30 days of the original order date when the item is unaltered, in its original condition, and accompanied by the original receipt and applicable paperwork. Refunds are issued to the original payment method within 7 business days after the returned item is received and processed; cash purchases are refunded by cheque. FAQ
A: If for any reason you are not completely satisfied with your jewelry purchase from Spence, simply return it to a Spence showroom within 30 days of the original order date. The item must be in its unaltered, original condition and accompanied by the original sales receipt and all applicable paperwork. All refunds, less any applicable charges, will be issued to the original payment method, apart from cash payments, which will be refunded via cheque. Returns on made-to-order rings are subject to a $100 design cancellation fee, taxes not included. Special orders may not be returned under any circumstances. A: Refunds are processed the same way you initially paid for your order. For card payments, your refund will be credited back to the same account used for the original payment.
