Spence Diamonds offers free FedEx shipping on all online orders across Canada, excluding Quebec, although rural shipping fees may apply. Orders typically arrive within 5 to 9 business days. Shipping is not available to PO boxes, APO or FPO addresses, or outside Canada. All shipments include coverage while in transit. A: We offer free delivery Canada-wide on all online orders, although rural shipping fees may apply based on your location and deliverability.
A: We ship all online orders everywhere in Canada with the exception of Quebec.
A: Unfortunately, we are unable to ship to any PO Box, APO or FPO addresses.
A: Your order will come in Spence-branded packaging within a generic FedEx shipping box or padded envelope. For confidentiality and discretion, your FedEx shipping label will show that your order was shipped from a discreet sender name instead of Spence Diamonds.
A: All orders are shipped via FedEx.
A: Typically, orders will be delivered within 5 to 9 business days. Delivery standards are based on normal delivery conditions and do not include weekends, holidays, or unforeseeable delays on the courier’s end. The estimated delivery date may be delayed if the customer changes the delivery option or shipping details.
A: Currently, Spence ships within Canada only (excluding Quebec). International shipping is not available at this time.
