A physical Gift Card is a physical card which can be purchased from any of our store locations. An e-Gift Card is an electronic Gift Card which can be purchased on our website and sent to any recipient via email or text message.

You can contact 1-866-388-8812 to check the balance of your gift card or come into any of the Spence Diamonds store locations and our staff will be able to confirm your card balance in person.

You can purchase physical and e-Gift Card in any value from a minimum of $25 up to a maximum of $2000.

You can use your physical Gift Card or an e-Gift Card at any Spence Diamonds store locations and online.

No, all Gift Cards are non-refundable, non-redeemable for cash and are final sale.

When you return an item that has been paid using a Gift Card as full or partial payment – you will be issued a credit balance for the amount that was paid via a Gift Card.

All e-Gift Cards are electronically delivered via email or text. During the ordering process you will be presented with the choice of email or text delivery. Simply enter the email address or cell number of the recipient during the ordering process.

The e-Gift Card itself will be sent directly to either the email address or cell phone number you entered when you placed your order online. If you are the recipient of the e-Gift Card, please check your ‘Junk’ and ‘Trash/Bin’ folders.
