My fiancé and I had a lot of fun looking at and trying on the various models of the rings that Spence Diamonds offered. We loved the hands on and up close experience, allowing us to take our time when selecting and not being very overbearing until we were ready to move onto the next step. Mau, our associate, was really help when we went in to select our ring. He had very detailed and in depth explanations about the ring structure, care, diamond specifics, and he went out of his way to show us how the diamond would look in various lighting too. We loved our experience with Spence Diamonds and would highly recommend their services!

Bea was an excellent help throughout the entire experience. She was cool and welcoming, vibed immediately and made everything feel exciting and simple. From finding the perfect non traditional stone I was seeking, to building the rest of the ring around it, and finally finding the perfect wedding band that compliments the whole package. All while keeping everything right in my budget range. Highly recommend giving the Spence team a chance to help you find or build your perfect ring.
It was overwhelming but staff were great in talking us threw there process. No one hung around they let you look on your own. Staff was fantastic.

From the moment we arrived, we were greeted warmly and made to feel genuinely welcome. The woman who greeted us took the time to explain how the store was laid out and gave me an overview of the different ring settings and styles before encouraging us to browse at our own pace.
We really appreciated that approach. We prefer to shop without feeling pressured or having someone constantly hovering over us, and Spence struck the perfect balance between giving us space and being available whenever we needed help.
Our diamond consultant, AJ, checked in with us periodically, put away the rings I'd decided against, took the time to genuinely understand what I liked and didn't like about each one, and even provided quotes for custom alterations. At no point did I feel like I was asking too many questions or being difficult. Instead, I felt listened to and supported throughout the entire experience.
Shopping for an engagement ring is such a significant milestone, and the staff at Spence clearly understood that. They made the experience exciting, comfortable, and memorable. By the time we were ready to leave, the store had actually closed and we were the last customers there. Despite that, no one made us feel rushed or pressured to make a decision. I left feeling valued, respected, and genuinely excited about what's to come.

I've had such a wonderful experience with Jordan Broom-Hall and Spence. From my first phone conversation with Jordan, he was knowledgeable, never pushy, and I immediately felt a great rapport with him, making me comfortable to ask my many questions. Upgrading my centre stone became quite a journey for me, and when I changed my mind more than once, Jordan remained kind and gracious. When you love what you do, it shows.
