My fiancée and I went to Spence among other places when looking for rings and we are so happy we decided to go with Spence. From the moment we walked in, the customer service was excellent. Melanie was kind, patient, and incredibly helpful. She even made note of how my fiancée lit up when she tried the ring we ended up going with. She was very knowledgeable and helped us bring our customization ideas to life. There was a slight mix-up with our ring (beyond the store’s control) but Melanie went above and beyond to ensure it was corrected quickly. We highly recommend Spence and Melanie in particular for anyone looking for beautiful rings and excellent customer support!

Went to Spence Mississauga to seek advice on a 25 year wedding anniversary ring for myself. Met with Dana K. She walked me through different options at various price points, all the while being thoughtful of my needs. Provided a good amount of “education” and things to consider. Our experience at Spence (Square One, Mississauga) could not have been more smooth. Choosing a ring is an intimidating experience; with lots so many options, pricing etc. - the last thing anything needs is sales pressure, or judgement. Melanie was the specialist that helped us and she was so down to earth, upbeat, charismatic and knowledgeable. With a few questions, Melanie took us to the showroom with thousands of rings on display and we quickly ruled out specific bands, crowns, shapes, colours. As we moved from room to room I was able to hold on to my top picks until I finally picked the ring for me. Melanie say us down and explained all the aspects of choosing the right diamond, choosing between artisan and lab, clarity and other aspects. She was so patient and educational and it just made the entire experience so enjoyable!
When we picked up the rings, Vivek was assisting with final details and it came up in conversation that my husband is a military veteran. Vivek immediately offered a First Responders discount and explained how important it is for Spence to honour the front line service people. We couldn’t believe it!!
And, a few days later, Melanie called to say that we forgot to pick up our July special promotion gift- which is a set of white gold diamond studs. How could we possibly be getting more things??

From the moment we walked in Arash took great care of us, giving us ample time to make the big decision. He also explained the diamond clarity scale to us very throughly as it was my first time buying an engagement ring and wedding band. I truly appreciate what a great experience he made for us. Will be coming here for all future purchases.
