I cannot say enough good things about the team at Spence Diamonds (Scarborough). I recently needed my rings repaired, but since I’ve moved out of province to the East Coast, the logistics were tricky. My sister dropped them off for me after visiting, and the staff were absolutely amazing to her—they even buffed her rings while she was there!
The communication was seamless, the estimate arrived quickly, and every step of the repair was explained clearly. The turnaround time was impressively fast. My husband was so blown away by the reliability and care shown here that he said for our next jewelry purchase, we’ll literally fly back to Toronto just to shop at this location. If I could give them more than 5 stars, I would! Highly recommend.

I like that you can walk around and pick up the display rings. Easy to compare different ones. The coloured diamonds are very cool!

Great selection of rings, a wide variety of styles for both him and her. Randa was our consultant and can't say enough about her. She walked us through what to do to reduce the style selection and what to consider from there.
