When u buy from them, u can walk in to hab the item clean and inspected.
Spence also can send out ur jewellery for repair if required.

Although we didn't purchase a ring at Spence Diamonds in Vancouver, we gotta shout out our boy Dusan for being an absolute gem the whole time we were in there.
We went to 5 ring shops beforehand, and didn't feel any more confident until we walked in. He was patient, kind and informative about all the different aspects of choosing & designing an engagement ring. 100% would recommend, the dude was so awesome.
