I had a great experience at Spence Diamonds thanks to Mannat at the front desk. She was incredibly friendly and helpful when I came in to get my ring cleaned and have my finger sized. Mannat took the time to carefully clean the ring and made sure the sizing was done properly so I knew exactly what would fit. The whole process was quick, professional, and very welcoming. Her attention to detail and warm customer service really made the visit a great experience.

I bought my first ring at Spence Diamonds and I absolutely love it, it is so me. I’m very picky about what I want, but Fatima helped me find the perfect ring. Spence Diamonds has a wide selection, and the staff are incredibly helpful and patient. I went back multiple times with questions, and everyone was always happy to help. Eva also made the checkout process easy and pleasant. Overall, it was a great experience!
I recently had a great experience purchasing a wedding band at Spence Diamonds with Fatima. She went above and beyond in helping me to find the right ring, share her knowledge of the different quality of diamonds and make the modifications that I requested. I first started my search for an engagement ring in October with plans for proposal on Christmas day. Met with Fatima who was super helpful and knowledgeable from the start. Over the next few weeks, as chaotic and nerve wrecking the whole experience was, she provided me with all the information possible for me to make my decision on the final engagement ring. I finally proposed to my fiancée who absolutely loved the ring I surprised her with. All in all, very great experience and worth it in the end. Matter of fact, will be meeting with Fatima again soon to discuss wedding bands.
