Every Spence engagement ring is handcrafted to order, meaning it will never have touched another finger before yours.
Once you've chosen your ring style and hand-picked your diamond in-store, your ring goes into production at our Canadian studio.
Most styles are ready in approximately two weeks.
When your ring is ready, we'll call you to come in and pick it up.
If you're not completely satisfied, return your ring to any Spence location within 30 days of your order date in its original, unaltered condition with your sales receipt, Spence Guarantee, and diamond certificate for a full refund. Made-to-order rings are subject to a $100 design cancellation fee. Special orders cannot be returned.
We'll resize your ring once, free of charge, within one year of purchase. Bring it to any Spence location and we'll take care of it.
Your ring is covered by a one-year limited warranty against defects in materials and workmanship. Beyond that, the Spence Lifetime Guarantee includes free professional cleaning at any location, lifetime protection against diamond loss or chipping (with annual inspections), and a lifetime trade-up allowance — your original center diamond can be credited toward a new Spence piece at any time, provided the new purchase is at least 50% more than the original price. Most rings are ready 2 weeks from the day you approve the design. Need it sooner for a proposal date? Tell us upfront and we'll let you know if it's doable before you order, not after.
