OFFICIAL CONTEST RULES

  1. SPONSOR

The Spence Diamonds Win Your Ring Back Contest (the “Contest”) is sponsored and administered by Spence Diamonds Ltd. (the “Sponsor”).

  1. CONTEST PERIOD

The Contest begins on June 1, 2026, at 12:01 a.m. Pacific Time (“PT”) and ends on July 1, 2026, at 11:59 p.m. PT (the “Contest Period”).

  1. ELIGIBILITY

The Contest is open only to legal residents of British Columbia, Alberta and Ontario who have reached the age of majority in their province of residence at the time of entry.

The Contest is not open to employees, officers, directors, representatives, agents, franchisees, affiliates, subsidiaries, advertising and promotional agencies of the Sponsor, prize suppliers, or any entity involved in the development, administration, production or fulfillment of the Contest, nor members of the immediate family (defined as parents, siblings, children and spouses) of such persons, nor any person domiciled with any such individual.

Void where prohibited by law.

  1. HOW TO ENTER

NO PURCHASE NECESSARY.

Eligible individuals may enter the Contest during the Contest Period using one of the following methods:

  1. Purchase Entry

Purchase any eligible engagement ring from a participating Spence Diamonds retail location in British Columbia, Alberta or Ontario during the Contest Period.

Upon verification of purchase, the purchaser will automatically receive one (1) entry into the Contest.

  1. No Purchase Necessary Entry

Visit SpenceDiamonds.com during the Contest Period and complete and submit the official No Purchase Necessary online entry form, including all required information.

Upon successful submission and verification, the entrant will receive one (1) entry into the Contest.

Entry Limits

Limit one (1) Contest entry per person during the Contest Period regardless of method of entry.

Entrants may use only one (1) email address and one (1) identity to participate in the Contest.

If it is discovered by the Sponsor that any person has attempted to:

  • use multiple names, identities, email addresses, telephone numbers or accounts;
  • submit duplicate entries;
  • use automated, robotic, macro, script or other artificial means of entry;
  • circumvent the entry limits established by these Rules; or
  • otherwise interfere with the proper administration of the Contest;

the Sponsor may disqualify such person in its sole and absolute discretion.

Any entry that is incomplete, illegible, altered, fraudulent, late or otherwise non-compliant with these Rules may be disqualified.

Proof of transmission, screenshots, confirmations or attempted submissions does not constitute proof of delivery or receipt by the Sponsor.

  1. CONTEST DECISIONS

By participating in the Contest, entrants agree to be bound by these Official Rules and all decisions of the Sponsor regarding any aspect of the Contest, which shall be final, binding and conclusive without right of appeal.

  1. ENTRY REPRESENTATIONS

By submitting an entry, each entrant represents and warrants that all information provided is complete, accurate and truthful.

The Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who provides false, misleading, incomplete or fraudulent information.

  1. ENTRIES BECOME PROPERTY OF SPONSOR

All entries become the property of the Sponsor upon submission and will not be acknowledged or returned.

  1. AUTHORIZED ACCOUNT HOLDER

In the event of a dispute concerning the identity of an entrant, the entrant will be deemed to be the authorized account holder of the email address associated with the entry.

The authorized account holder is the natural person assigned to the applicable email address by an internet service provider or other organization responsible for assigning email addresses.

The Sponsor reserves the right to require proof that a selected entrant is the authorized account holder associated with the entry.

  1. PURCHASE VERIFICATION

The Sponsor reserves the right to verify all purchases, entries and eligibility requirements.

Any entry associated with an eligible engagement ring purchase that is subsequently returned, exchanged, cancelled, refunded, disputed, financed in default, or subject to chargeback prior to prize fulfillment may be disqualified at the sole discretion of the Sponsor.

The Sponsor reserves the right to require proof of purchase, government-issued identification, proof of age, proof of residency, or any other documentation reasonably required to verify eligibility.

Failure to provide requested documentation within the timeframe specified by the Sponsor may result in disqualification.

  1. PRIZES

There are three (3) prizes available to be won:

  • One (1) prize for an eligible resident of British Columbia;
  • One (1) prize for an eligible resident of Alberta; and
  • One (1) prize for an eligible resident of Ontario.

Each prize consists of a Spence Diamonds engagement ring prize equivalent to the retail purchase price of the winner’s eligible engagement ring purchased during the Contest Period, up to a maximum value of CAD $20,000.

For winners who entered through the No Purchase Necessary entry method, the prize shall consist of a Spence Diamonds engagement ring selected from available inventory with a retail value not exceeding CAD $20,000.

Total maximum prize pool value: CAD $60,000.

If the retail value of a winner’s eligible engagement ring exceeds CAD $20,000, the maximum prize value awarded shall be CAD $20,000.

Prizes:

  • must be accepted as awarded;
  • are non-transferable;
  • may not be redeemed for cash;
  • may not be exchanged or assigned; and
  • may not be substituted except by the Sponsor.

The Sponsor reserves the right to substitute a prize with one of equal or greater value at its own discretion.

Winners are solely responsible for all expenses not specifically included in the prize description.

The Sponsor makes no representations, warranties or conditions, express or implied, regarding any prize, including merchantability, quality, fitness for purpose or suitability.

  1. DRAWS

Three (3) separate random draws will be conducted on or about August 31, 2026, at approximately 2:00 p.m. PT.

One draw will be conducted from among eligible British Columbia entries, one from among eligible Alberta entries, and one from among eligible Ontario entries. Province of residence shall be determined based on the entrant’s primary residential address provided at the time of entry and verified by the Sponsor. Odds of winning depend on the number of eligible entries received in the applicable provincial draw. Limit one (1) prize per person.

  1. WINNER NOTIFICATION

Potential winners will be contacted using the email address and/or telephone number associated with their entry.

Notification will be attempted within five (5) business days following the draw. A selected entrant must respond within seven (7) days of the first notification attempt.

If a selected entrant:

  • cannot be contacted;
  • fails to respond;
  • is determined to be ineligible;
  • declines the prize;
  • fails to complete required documentation; or
  • otherwise fails to comply with these Rules;

the Sponsor reserves the right to disqualify that entrant and select an alternate entrant.

  1. SKILL-TESTING QUESTION

Before being declared a winner, each selected entrant must correctly answer, without assistance of any kind, a time-limited mathematical skill-testing question administered by the Sponsor.

  1. DECLARATION AND RELEASE

Before receiving a prize, each selected entrant must complete and return a Declaration of Eligibility, Liability Release and Publicity Release within the timeframe specified by the Sponsor.

Failure to return the required documentation may result in disqualification and selection of an alternate entrant.

  1. PRIZE FULFILLMENT

Prizes will not be awarded before August 31, 2026.

Prize fulfillment will be coordinated directly with verified winners.

The Sponsor reserves the right to require winners to attend a participating Spence Diamonds location for verification, sizing, customization, pickup or fulfillment of the prize.

  1. PUBLICITY RELEASE

By accepting a prize, each winner grants the Sponsor the unrestricted right to use the winner’s name, likeness, image, photograph, voice, statements, city and province of residence for advertising, publicity, promotional and marketing purposes in any media now known or hereafter developed, including websites, social media platforms, video content, digital advertising and print materials, without additional compensation, notice or permission unless prohibited by law.

  1. TECHNICAL ISSUES

The Sponsor assumes no responsibility for:

  • lost, stolen, delayed, damaged, incomplete or misdirected entries;
  • failed, interrupted or unavailable internet, website, server or network connections;
  • hardware, software or technical malfunctions;
  • transmission failures;
  • corrupted or delayed data transmissions;
  • unauthorized human intervention;
  • technical errors affecting participation; or
  • printing, production, typographical or administrative errors.
  1. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

By entering the Contest, each entrant releases and holds harmless the Sponsor and its affiliates, subsidiaries, franchisees, advertising and promotional agencies, prize suppliers, and each of their respective officers, directors, employees, agents and representatives from any liability arising from participation in the Contest or the acceptance, possession, use or misuse of any prize.

  1. TAMPERING

Any attempt to deliberately damage any website, interfere with the operation of the Contest, manipulate the entry process or otherwise undermine the legitimate administration of the Contest may constitute a violation of criminal and civil laws.

The Sponsor reserves the right to seek remedies and damages to the fullest extent permitted by law and to disqualify any individual believed to be involved in such conduct.

  1. RIGHT TO DISQUALIFY

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion, to disqualify any entrant who:

  • violates these Rules;
  • tampers with the entry process;
  • engages in fraudulent activity;
  • submits false information;
  • attempts to gain an unfair advantage; or
  • acts in a disruptive, abusive, threatening or unsportsmanlike manner.
  1. RIGHT TO MODIFY OR TERMINATE

The Sponsor reserves the right, in its sole discretion and without liability, to cancel, suspend, modify or terminate the Contest if fraud, technical failures, human error or any factor beyond the Sponsor’s reasonable control impairs the administration, security, fairness or integrity of the Contest.

The Sponsor reserves the right to correct any typographical, printing, production, programming or administrative errors.

If, due to an error, more prizes are claimed than intended, the Sponsor reserves the right to conduct a random draw among eligible claimants to award the intended number of prizes.

  1. FORCE MAJEURE

The Sponsor shall not be liable for any failure to perform its obligations where such failure results from causes beyond its reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, fire, flood, pandemic, epidemic, labour disputes, government action, war, civil disturbance, telecommunications failures or similar force majeure events.

  1. NO CORRESPONDENCE

Except as expressly stated in these Rules, the Sponsor will not enter into correspondence regarding Contest entries, Contest results or winner selection.

  1. PRIVACY

Personal information collected in connection with the Contest will be used solely for the administration of the Contest and in accordance with the Sponsor’s Privacy Policy and applicable privacy laws.   1. GOVERNING LAW

All issues and questions concerning the construction, validity, interpretation and enforceability of these Rules, or the rights and obligations of entrant and the Contest Sponsor in connection with the Contest, shall be governed by, and construed in accordance with, the substantive laws of the Province of Ontario. All entrants consent to the jurisdiction and venue of the Province of British Columbia.

DISCREPANCY: This Contest is subject to all applicable, federal, provincial and municipal laws. In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between the terms and conditions of these English language Rules and disclosures or other statements contained in any Contest-related materials, including, but not limited to: the Release, and/or point of sale, print or online advertising; the terms and conditions of these English language Rules shall prevail, govern and control.

  1. SEVERABILITY

If any provision of these Official Rules is determined to be invalid, illegal or unenforceable, such provision shall be severed and the remaining provisions shall remain in full force and effect.

  1. DISCREPANCY

In the event of any discrepancy or inconsistency between these Official Rules and any advertising, promotional materials, website content, social media content, point-of-sale materials or other Contest-related communications, these Official Rules shall govern and prevail.

  1. WINNERS LIST

The names of confirmed winners may be obtained by submitting a written request to the Sponsor within ninety (90) days following prize fulfillment.
