The service was great, I really commend the salesperson Drew for helping me find the perfect Diamond for the engagement ring I'm having designed! He was very nice and professional.
However, make sure to read the financing documents all the way!! As a university student, it was nice to see that they had the option for financing, which helped save a lump-sum payment, but it gave me a bit of an icky feeling to be charged an extra $35 fee I wasn't explicitly told about. $35 doesn't seem like much when buying a diamond, but when you're using student loans to get by, hidden fees like this aren't a great feeling.
Yes, I missed it in the paperwork, so I have to take responsibility. But it would be nice if that was just disclosed by the salesperson so everything was transparent.

The shopping experience here is unbeatable. You can browse, take your time and really try on all their styles without a person breathing down your neck like typical jewelry stores. I could choose the type of metal and had the option of natural vs lab diamond for my wedding band, as well. My partner and I are upset we didn’t know about Spence sooner!
