Spencer Diamonds alot you to shop in a secure non-rushed facility. Options are broken down into categories for customer comfort. The Langley Mgr gave us ample time to browse & try on product before seeing if we required assistance.

I recently had to stop in and inquire about having my 3 bands resized. I had a pleasant experience with Love as she was able to explain to me what the process would be and was clear in her communication. I was originally told that my rings weren't going to be ready till approximately January 14; but I got a call from Spence on December 24 informing me my rings were in and ready to be picked up. I just got home from picking up my rings and am happy to report my rings look beautiful and I had another wonderful interaction with Love and Benazir.
