Highly recommend Spence for your engagement ring! Very knowledgeable team and great service all around!
I remember visiting the Spence diamond in the Rideau center when it first opened and found the experience to be unique where you can try out rings of all styles, shapes and sizes. So I came to the College Square location on a whim. Being able to go in and try all the variety of cuts and carats was super helpful.
We were greeted immediately and shown the rings based on carat size first so we could determine the size of carat. Then they let us browse and to let them know if we had questions. My sales lady then disappeared to attend to a client in one of the rooms who came in. As I browsed the colored diamonds section another sales person told me that they could do any color diamond with intrigued me as I was looking for a purple stone. Later I find out that getting a purple diamond was near impossible for them to locate but they could do the typical blue, yellow, green etc. so this was a bit disappointing.
There are numerous styles to try on so being able to take your time and browse was great.
I would say this is a great place to start browsing if you are looking for an easy piece and aren’t looking to customize the ring from scratch. Salespeople knowledge are a bit of a hit or miss

My partner and I had the pleasure of working with an incredible diamond consultant named Jersey Lavigne. We went in to browse then ended up finding and purchasing the ring that she wanted on the same day. I would highly recommend Spense diamonds and especially working with Jersey who can assist with your needs!

Wonderful experience with Spence and specifically Juhli Lyncaster. They took the utmost care of every little detail about both my engagement ring for my fiancé and our wedding bands. Their warranty, and free resizing is also comprehensive and such a nice peace of mind, and was a huge help for when my fiancés engament ring was a bit too big at first.
Speaking from personal experience as a 19 year old, for those looking to buy an engagement ring, there will be nowhere more professional and excellent with your business than Spence.

I had an amazing experience buying an engagement ring from jersey, he walked me through everything and was able to answer all the questions I had, he was very knowledgeable and made it supper easy. Spence has great customer service
I went to their engagement ring try-on to browse with my bf, and there were sooo many beautiful rings! The process to customize seems is so easy, and the staff are so kind and accommodating. 10/10, will be back :)
I came in with my partner in April and we had the best experience with Jersey. He was super knowledgeable and guided me skillfully to the ring I never knew I needed! We ended up going with a jewler in our family but I will forever appreciate Jersey and this experience at Spence!
