The open sales floor is an excellent concept. Spence Diamond showcases 100s of rings so potential customers can assess a multitude of ring settings, band width, design elements, etc. Being tactile and trying on dozens of pieces has been a unique and enlightening experience.
In addition to these demo rings, the store offers a bespoke ring service. 100% customization.
Customer service is solid. In store, they know when to tag in and back off. When I called and the line dropped, they called back.
Overall, I enjoyed visiting this location and would recommend for those looking for engagement/wedding bands. 1 star off because this location plays dramatic fast/loose with pricing and the lack of alignment lost the sale.

We were recommended Spence Diamonds by one of our colleagues, and honestly, I wasn’t even sure at first if we’d get our rings made here.
But when we met Yash, everything changed — he patiently walked us through every detail about diamonds, explained the different cuts and sizes, and never once made us feel rushed. I spent nearly 2.5 hours picking my perfect ring (worth every minute!), while my partner found his in about 30.
The lead times worked out perfectly too since we were flying out in just three weeks. When we got the call that our rings had arrived, we were beyond excited — and the moment we saw them, we were speechless. They were absolutely flawless, more beautiful than we could have imagined.
John helped us with the final payment and went over all the amazing lifetime features Spence offers for their diamonds. He made sure our checkout process was super smooth and easy.
