Prab was professional and gave all the basic information about the rings they have. We then explored the counters on our own. He explained the whole shopping process clearly. He showed us the real diamond corresponding to the style we chose. We got our ring! It was a really pleasant experience. In the end, Eva helped us finished the purchase. Highly recommended!
