The open sales floor is an excellent concept. Spence Diamond showcases 100s of rings so potential customers can assess a multitude of ring settings, band width, design elements, etc. Being tactile and trying on dozens of pieces has been a unique and enlightening experience.
In addition to these demo rings, the store offers a bespoke ring service. 100% customization.
Customer service is solid. In store, they know when to tag in and back off. When I called and the line dropped, they called back.
Overall, I enjoyed visiting this location and would recommend for those looking for engagement/wedding bands. 1 star off because this location plays dramatic fast/loose with pricing and the lack of alignment lost the sale.

On the day of purchase both Fatima, Yash and the whole team was welcoming and very helpful to be around.
Today we picked up our rings. I was very nervous needless to say.
Fatima and Yash immediately greeted us … when they opened the ring boxes my heart was so full.
Both of our rings, my husbands and my own, are beyond stunning.

The lead times worked out perfectly too since we were flying out in just three weeks. When we got the call that our rings had arrived, we were beyond excited — and the moment we saw them, we were speechless. They were absolutely flawless, more beautiful than we could have imagined.
