Finding the perfect ring is not easy and it can be quite stressful at times. I did plenty of research, contacted multiple jewellers and talked to many people. The level of customer service I received from Spence Diamonds and especially Scott was excellent. Scott made the process so smooth for me. I was able to see and study the diamond before it was placed into the setting which I thought was very special. My better half is beyond happy with the ring. As she said, it’s exactly how she imagined it to be, even though she never ever showed me a photo of what she wanted. This goes to show that Spence Diamonds really goes that extra step to ensure that the ring perfectly matches your special person’s style. I would highly recommend Spence Diamonds.

I’m absolutely in love with my pear-shaped engagement ring! The team brought my vision to life so beautifully. Every detail is crafted to perfection. A special thank you to Mark for being so patient, kind, and attentive throughout the entire process. He made sure every part of my idea was understood and executed flawlessly. We also loved the open display concept that let us browse and take a closer look at each ring at our own pace. Highly recommend!

I just picked up my rings, and I am absolutely thrilled with how they turned out. Yash was incredibly helpful, patient, and thoughtful throughout the entire customization process.

I had some specific concerns around design, comfort, and skin sensitivity, and he took the time to understand what I needed and work through the details with care. Yash was always professional and communicative. He made sure I felt heard at every step, and he followed through on everything he said he would. The final result is a set of rings that are not only beautiful, but also completely functional for my lifestyle.

If you're looking for someone who will really take the time to help you create something special, I highly recommend working with Yash. I’m so grateful for the end result and the support he provided throughout the process.

Had such a great experience at Spence Diamonds! Jordan helped me out and he was awesome — super friendly, easy to talk to, and really knew his stuff. He made the whole process stress-free and helped me and my now fiance find exactly what she was looking for. The selection was great and I never felt rushed or pressured. Definitely recommend asking for Jordan if you go in!
