My fiancé and I came to Spence looking for wedding bands, and we were blown away by the whole experience! Having been to a few other jewelry stores beforehand we were a bit hesitant as we had dealt with really pushy salespeople and had felt very pressured in these other stores. Once we walked into Spence, it was a completely different, positive experience! We had been booked with Scott who made us feel at ease right away, and his customer service throughout this whole process has been fantastic. Letting us browse the entire store on our own and at our own pace (no one peering over your shoulder), being able to pick up rings we liked, and having him check in on us to answer any questions we had was such an amazing way to shop!! We did find our wedding bands here and couldn’t be happier. They also offer flexible payment options which was huge for us. 10/10 would recommend!
