Finding the perfect ring is not easy and it can be quite stressful at times. I did plenty of research, contacted multiple jewellers and talked to many people. The level of customer service I received from Spence Diamonds and especially Scott was excellent. Scott made the process so smooth for me. I was able to see and study the diamond before it was placed into the setting which I thought was very special. My better half is beyond happy with the ring. As she said, it’s exactly how she imagined it to be, even though she never ever showed me a photo of what she wanted.
