My now, fiancé and I came in almost a month and a half ago to inquire engagement rings because I wanted an idea what she wanted. We were automatically greeted by Eric once we stepped in. He has such great positive energy, I already knew we had our Diamond Specialist.
She's very meticulous with what she wanted but she eventually found one that was possibly the one.. Eric discreetly took me to the side (while she was still browsing) to exchange contact information so we can set up an appointment so I can come in by myself one day.
A few weeks later, I come in and we got to work. I showed him a picture and a checklist and after almost an hour, we perfected the ring.
My fiancé loved it so much she's still processing that its hers!
