My fiancé and I had the best experience with Adam from Spence diamonds. We arrived 15 minutes before store closing but were still welcomed, were shown many options amongst the displays and did not feel rushed despite the closing time. Adam took his time explaining the difference between materials, reassuring us of his knowledge and expertise. Prior to Spence, we checked other retail stores including Tiffany (which we thought was the one). High level of service, great quality options and professionalism is what won us over to do business with this store. I would highly recommend this specific store and Adam to anyone that’s in the jewellery market.
My husband and I came in to upgrade my original ring for our 25th anniversary. We weren’t sure if we wanted something completely new or just a refresh, but Arash showed us so many options and respected the sentimental side of it. I just got my rings cleaned and inspected at Spence Diamonds near Square One Mall. The service was excellent! Everyone made me feel welcomed and cared for, and my rings were handled with such care. I look forward to coming back for my annual inspection/cleaning.
