Vivek was incredibly helpful when I went in to have my engagement ring resized. I had a lot of questions about the resizing and changed my mind many times before finally having it arrive back and fit the way I wanted. He was very patient while I made my decision, providing recommendations and was very prompt about sending the resizing instructions back to the shop.
Had an absolutely fantastic experience, Melanie did a phenomenal job helping me find the perfect earrings for my birthday. She was so pleasant, patient and kind which made the experience that much better. Bareera at the counter was also very helpful. Absolutely fantastic experience. First place we went to look at rings. I have been hearing the ads on the radio my entire life. We felt extremely lucky to work with Scott, he was the perfect person to help us build the ring. He walked us through why Spence was the best and helped us choose the right diamond. Will definitely be going back for anything diamond or jewelry related.
