I went to the the Spence Diamonds at college square to have my stud earrings polished and cleaned. Anna was patient, attentive and took great care in making sure they looked brand new again. Her friendly and professional attitude made the whole experience smooth and enjoyable.

We had a great experience at Spence Diamonds' Ottawa location. Juhli was very helpful offering her expertise. She made the experience comfortable because of her ability to guide without being pushy in any way.
