From our first visit, we received exceptional service. The salesperson explained and showed us (using a microscope) the quality of the diamonds that Spence uses in their jewelry. The service made us confident with our first purchase, that visit. Spence stands behind their warranty. We later upgraded our ring and met with Juhli on several visits, without any pressure, until we found the ring that was perfect for me. After our first interaction with Juhli, we always chose to buy from her. On the visits in between, we made 2 other purchases, again I must compliment how exceptional the service is at this store, especially with Juhli. It really is hard to find this kind of customer care/service anymore. All the sales staff are very pleasant. We highly recommend to stop in to Spence, you won't be disappointed. I often receive many compliments on my ring. I love it!
