My friends and I visited here recently and were really impressed! The selection is beyond believable, and you get to try things on without having to bother someone to open cases for you. We loved the variety, and it's not just the styles you get to pick from! You get to pick gold colour, diamond size and shape!
We were really impressed by the level of service and the knowledge of the staff. They are all certified diamond experts and they even give you a presentation on how the diamonds are graded. You can use their tools to make sure your diamond has the qualities you want. Everything is really transparent and you get to build your dream ring and have it custom made for you - so no bad luck vibes because no one else could have ever owned it before you.

From our first visit, we received exceptional service. The salesperson explained and showed us (using a microscope) the quality of the diamonds that Spence uses in their jewelry. The service made us confident with our first purchase, that visit. Spence stands behind their warranty. We later upgraded our ring and met with Juhli on several visits, without any pressure, until we found the ring that was perfect for me. After our first interaction with Juhli, we always chose to buy from her. On the visits in between, we made 2 other purchases, again I must compliment how exceptional the service is at this store, especially with Juhli. It really is hard to find this kind of customer care/service anymore. All the sales staff are very pleasant. We highly recommend to stop in to Spence, you won't be disappointed. I often receive many compliments on my ring. I love it!

Luka is THE BEST!! I couldn’t have asked for anyone better. We had an initial visit with Luka, he walked us through the whole process…. A few days later I was very indecisive and wanted to look over something again, Luka immediately offered to send me the info and to meet with him again on short notice. He let me spend over an hour and a half with him looking at options, comparing and price out different sizes. He always greeted us with a smile. He was kind, helpful, patient and caring. He happily listened to me being indecisive for an hour and NEVER once made me feel rushed or pressured. Loved our experience! THANK YOU LUKA!!!
