We needed to replace my 22-year-old engagement ring, whose diamond fell out. Shane was incredible at educating us about diamonds all over again, and accommodated our budget and style preferences. We even threw a last-minute request to upgrade the band to 19k, and it was no problem. It was a lovely, stress-free experience!
