The service was great, I really commend the salesperson Drew for helping me find the perfect Diamond for the engagement ring I'm having designed! He was very nice and professional.
However, make sure to read the financing documents all the way!! As a university student, it was nice to see that they had the option for financing, which helped save a lump-sum payment, but it gave me a bit of an icky feeling to be charged an extra $35 fee I wasn't explicitly told about. $35 doesn't seem like much when buying a diamond, but when you're using student loans to get by, hidden fees like this aren't a great feeling.
Yes, I missed it in the paperwork, so I have to take responsibility. But it would be nice if that was just disclosed by the salesperson so everything was transparent.

Drew is a lifesaver. We got excellent service from everyone in the store while looking at engagement rings, and we were super happy! The sales team here prioritize education, transparency, and a stress free experience. We were super comfortable the entire time and didn’t feel any pressure while browsing. It wasn’t until we got home that I realized that I had dropped my girlfriend’s (not engagement) ring between the store and the parking lot. I texted him and he was super happy to look for it but no luck initially. I went to the parking lot tonight to look and couldn’t find it. Then all of a sudden I get a text from Drew! He went out to look again and found the ring in the parking lot. AND he even cleaned it for me before I picked it up! The guy is a legend. We will absolutely be back when it’s time to buy the real deal and Drew has earned his spot as our jewelry salesperson for life.
