I have to rave about the Manager, Dominique*, at Spence Diamonds.
First of all, my right is very beautiful and I babied it- no wearing it while dishes or gardening etc. within 5 years, diamonds starting falling out, despite my care and brining it in once sometimes twice a year for cleaning and inspection.
I was sure something was not totally right but everyone told me that they could not help and all I could do was pay to replace diamonds that may soon fall out again. After years of asking someone to consider my case closely, a new manager arrived, the lovely Dominique.
I happened to share my story with her and she straight away advocated for me and saw that the gold ring was too weak for the diamonds. She pursued the right avenues in the company to have my ring fixed and I’ve had less problems since.
I’m so grateful for her and her role at Spence diamonds, she makes a real difference at that store.

Anajane helped me over the phone to pick out a new band for my existing diamond ring. She was happy to help and answered any questions i had. She gave a high recommendation of a jewellers that will transfer my existing diamond to the new mount setting. The jewellers did an unbelievable excellent job setting my diamond and polishing and resizing my wedding band as well and made it look brand new again. I highly recommend both jewellers for their professionalism.

It was our first time at Spence, and honestly, we didn’t have many expectations beyond just looking around for ideas. We were fully expecting the process of finding the perfect engagement ring to take a while. But Kaitlyn was amazing and completely changed that for us! She’s so knowledgeable, patient, and really helped guide us through the whole process. There were so many options, and she made it feel less overwhelming, going above and beyond to show us rings I hadn’t even considered before. One of those rings ended up being the one and fell INLOVE with it! Kaitlyn made everything seamless and stress free.

We went to Spence Diamonds to search for our engagement and wedding rings. The shopping experience was excellent and the staff are always very kind. They have a great warranty policy and are always happy to help with any questions that come along. The selection of rings was very large and we got the help we needed when making our final selections. We are so happy with the rings!
