AJ was fantastic! I was looking for a blue diamond & she search all stores & found the perfect diamond right in the west edmonton store.
After buying diamond earrings at another store. My eyes caught these Absolutely Gorgeous diamond earrings. I was able to return the other earrings which were smaller and more pricey. These were affordable and Stunning. This place is Awesome. Would definitely recommend.

My fiancé and I had a lot of fun looking at and trying on the various models of the rings that Spence Diamonds offered. We loved the hands on and up close experience, allowing us to take our time when selecting and not being very overbearing until we were ready to move onto the next step. Mau, our associate, was really help when we went in to select our ring. He had very detailed and in depth explanations about the ring structure, care, diamond specifics, and he went out of his way to show us how the diamond would look in various lighting too. We loved our experience with Spence Diamonds and would highly recommend their services!

Bea was an excellent help throughout the entire experience. She was cool and welcoming, vibed immediately and made everything feel exciting and simple. From finding the perfect non traditional stone I was seeking, to building the rest of the ring around it, and finally finding the perfect wedding band that compliments the whole package. All while keeping everything right in my budget range. Highly recommend giving the Spence team a chance to help you find or build your perfect ring.
It was overwhelming but staff were great in talking us threw there process. No one hung around they let you look on your own. Staff was fantastic.
