I have to rave about the Manager, Dominique*, at Spence Diamonds.
First of all, my right is very beautiful and I babied it- no wearing it while dishes or gardening etc. within 5 years, diamonds starting falling out, despite my care and brining it in once sometimes twice a year for cleaning and inspection.
I was sure something was not totally right but everyone told me that they could not help and all I could do was pay to replace diamonds that may soon fall out again. After years of asking someone to consider my case closely, a new manager arrived, the lovely Dominique.
I happened to share my story with her and she straight away advocated for me and saw that the gold ring was too weak for the diamonds. She pursued the right avenues in the company to have my ring fixed and I’ve had less problems since.
I’m so grateful for her and her role at Spence diamonds, she makes a real difference at that store.

Anajane helped me over the phone to pick out a new band for my existing diamond ring. She was happy to help and answered any questions i had. She gave a high recommendation of a jewellers that will transfer my existing diamond to the new mount setting. The jewellers did an unbelievable excellent job setting my diamond and polishing and resizing my wedding band as well and made it look brand new again. I highly recommend both jewellers for their professionalism.
My partner and I have had a top notch experience at Spence Diamonds. Jordan and his staff are incredibly helpful and knowledgeable. I appreciated the casual approach to looking for our wedding rings and not once did I ever feel pressured to make a decision - something that was important to us as added stress was the last thing we needed to add on to our list of things to do. My fiancé and I had a lot of fun looking at and trying on the various models of the rings that Spence Diamonds offered. We loved the hands on and up close experience, allowing us to take our time when selecting and not being very overbearing until we were ready to move onto the next step. Mau, our associate, was really help when we went in to select our ring. He had very detailed and in depth explanations about the ring structure, care, diamond specifics, and he went out of his way to show us how the diamond would look in various lighting too. We loved our experience with Spence Diamonds and would highly recommend their services!

When my fiancé and I went to Spence Diamonds we had a picture of an Art Deco ring that I was obsessed with but we thought was more of a dream ring so we wanted to look at a simpler diamond. On this day we got to meet Eric who was so kind, educating us on the 3 C’s that make up with overall value of a diamond.
After talking about our goals for our rings Eric surprised us that they had a beautiful blue Diamond that matched our photo of the dream ring we envisioned. This wonderful human made our dream ring a reality and was so patient as I changed my mind numerous times through the process. I really can’t thank Eric and Jordyn enough.
