I have to rave about the Manager, Dominique*, at Spence Diamonds.
First of all, my right is very beautiful and I babied it- no wearing it while dishes or gardening etc. within 5 years, diamonds starting falling out, despite my care and brining it in once sometimes twice a year for cleaning and inspection.
I was sure something was not totally right but everyone told me that they could not help and all I could do was pay to replace diamonds that may soon fall out again. After years of asking someone to consider my case closely, a new manager arrived, the lovely Dominique.
I happened to share my story with her and she straight away advocated for me and saw that the gold ring was too weak for the diamonds. She pursued the right avenues in the company to have my ring fixed and I’ve had less problems since.
I’m so grateful for her and her role at Spence diamonds, she makes a real difference at that store.

Anajane helped me over the phone to pick out a new band for my existing diamond ring. She was happy to help and answered any questions i had. She gave a high recommendation of a jewellers that will transfer my existing diamond to the new mount setting. The jewellers did an unbelievable excellent job setting my diamond and polishing and resizing my wedding band as well and made it look brand new again. I highly recommend both jewellers for their professionalism.

We were greeted promptly by Kaitlyn, and told how everything works as my partner and I haven’t been to Spence before. She let us browse without feeling like you’re pressured to be there, and buy.
My partner and I already knew what I wanted, but I was open to seeing other types of engagement rings and Kaitlyn pulled lots of beautiful rings for me to look at, just for me to chose the one I had originally envisioned.

Kaitlyn did an incredible job educating me on diamonds. She walked me through the whole store to ensure I had exactly the type of ring and size I wanted. She found rings in the back that I could try on and kept cleaning the diamonds over and over to ensure I saw the perfect one. Her knowledge on diamonds is incredible and I don’t know anyone else that has been so thorough and dedicated to showcasing the knowledge of diamonds! Thank you Kaitlyn!
