I have to rave about the Manager, Dominique*, at Spence Diamonds.
First of all, my right is very beautiful and I babied it- no wearing it while dishes or gardening etc. within 5 years, diamonds starting falling out, despite my care and brining it in once sometimes twice a year for cleaning and inspection.
I was sure something was not totally right but everyone told me that they could not help and all I could do was pay to replace diamonds that may soon fall out again. After years of asking someone to consider my case closely, a new manager arrived, the lovely Dominique.
I happened to share my story with her and she straight away advocated for me and saw that the gold ring was too weak for the diamonds. She pursued the right avenues in the company to have my ring fixed and I’ve had less problems since.
I’m so grateful for her and her role at Spence diamonds, she makes a real difference at that store.

Anajane helped me over the phone to pick out a new band for my existing diamond ring. She was happy to help and answered any questions i had. She gave a high recommendation of a jewellers that will transfer my existing diamond to the new mount setting. The jewellers did an unbelievable excellent job setting my diamond and polishing and resizing my wedding band as well and made it look brand new again. I highly recommend both jewellers for their professionalism.
I had a fantastic shopping experience here! The store is beautifully organized, making it easy to find unique, high-quality pieces. The staff was incredibly helpful without being pushy, offering great styling advice that I truly appreciated. It’s rare to find such a curated selection and wonderful service in one place. My fiancé and I went to Spence with absolutely no knowledge of anything. But Anajane was so helpful and amazing, she helped us choose a perfect engagement ring and we plan to work with her to find the perfect wedding bands. Highly recommend Spence for any of your diamond needs!!

The team at Spence worked together to make our experience special.
