This is a little late but I was shopping for a ring for my fiancé last summer and didn’t plan on going into Spence because I was only looking for a specific ring, but was convinced by my mum to give Spence a try! Spence in Edmonton is a very beautiful and well established location and honestly I was dressed in a shorts and t shirt and was fine if nobody helped me because I was truly just looking and not planning to buy!

We were approached by Beatrice and she didn’t judge and approached us like a really great friend. Her product knowledge, and her scary ability to guess my fiancé’s ring size is amazing! I have worked in customer service for years and she has truly exceeded and went above and beyond expectations. Truly the best experience I could’ve had. Spence was supposed to be my first quick stop when shopping around and I wasn’t expected to buy but with Beatrice’s help and amazing customer service, it was also my last stop! Spence has a an outstanding employee when it comes to Beatrice and I hope you keep her around as long as possible because of her I recommend Spence whenever I can!
