Boston was great
Spencer Diamonds alot you to shop in a secure non-rushed facility. Options are broken down into categories for customer comfort. The Langley Mgr gave us ample time to browse & try on product before seeing if we required assistance.

Spence Diamonds gave me the best experience in shopping for a new engagement ring. I had listened to mine 7 years ago. From the first time my husband and I went in just to see what Spence was all about we were greeted, asked what we were looking for , and directed to the area of the store where we find what we requested. Later we were provided water and all our questions were answered. I still wanted to check out a few more stores. I was not impressed with their selections or the price of their product. On returning to Spence on my own I met Boston. He was very pleasant and professional. I felt very at ease in continuing my shopping experience at Spence and narrowed my choices down. I then returned with my husband and Boston once again assisted us. He found all my choices very quickly and presented them to us. It was from these that I found my ring! The selection of the diamond and ring purchase was also handled with Boston. He was very open, friendly and honest with us. Best experience in buying a very emotional piece of jewelry. My ring was ready within a week! Would recommend Spence to anyone!
