Jersey and the staff was super helpful!
I remember visiting the Spence diamond in the Rideau center when it first opened and found the experience to be unique where you can try out rings of all styles, shapes and sizes. So I came to the College Square location on a whim as my partner wanted to know exactly what cut I preferred. Being able to go in and try all the variety of cuts and carats was super helpful.
I was greeted immediately and shown the rings based on carat size first so I could determine the size of carat we wanted to design. Then they told me to have a browse and to let them know if I had questions. My sales lady then disappeared to attend to a client in one of the rooms who came in. As I browsed the colored diamonds section another sales person told me that they could do any color diamond with intrigued me as I was looking for a purple stone. Later I find out that getting a purple diamond was near impossible for them to locate but they could do the typical blue, yellow, green etc. so this was a bit disappointing.
There are numerous styles to try on so being able to take your time and browse was great. In the end we narrowed down two styles but without the possibility of the purple diamond in the specific shade we wanted, we decided to custom with a jewelry in New York.
I would say this is a great place to start browsing if you are looking for an easy piece and aren’t looking to customize the ring from scratch. Salespeople knowledge are a bit of a hit or miss

We had been shopping for my partner's wedding ring for some time and was not having any luck. We were in the area and decided we'd just pop by Spence Diamonds. We saw some rings we liked and got in contact with one of their representative and she told us she would follow up with more information, but we never got it so we decided to pop in again and try on the rings again. Then, we met Jersey who was prompt with follow ups, kind, informative, and transparent from the get go. I can't thank Jersey enough for all of his work. He made the buying process so easy for us.
