I had a wonderful experience at Spence! I had gone in with my daughter and from the moment we walked in we were greeted with nothing but kindness. Liz greeted us at the front and made sure that our process was seamless. She was beyond considerate about our budget, style, functionality, and reassured us that if there were any issues that we weren’t suck with our choice. She made our big purchase nothing short of memorable and easy. She is prompt, kind, patient, and didn’t force a decision upon us. We will definitely be back, not only for the beautiful diamonds, but for the character and hospitality as well!
