In June 2025, to celebrate our 20th wedding anniversary, I decided to upgrade my wife’s engagement ring and wedding band. It was a milestone worth marking with something truly special.
I visited the Spence Diamonds location in Scarborough, where I was first assisted by Liz, a diamond consultant. She helped me select what I initially believed was the perfect ring. However, when I picked up the ring, I had some reservations.
Liz was off that day, and I was fortunate to be helped by Ronda. I shared my concerns, and Ronda took the time to listen and reassured me about Spence Diamonds’ satisfaction guarantee. I explained the vision I had in mind, and with her expert guidance, I found the perfect ring.
