Spence was not my first choice. On the day that I wanted to go ring shopping, my first three options were all closed and on vacation, but Spence's was open.
I had a rough idea of the style of engagement ring that my girlfriend wanted - Dušan Pine worked out the details and brought the idea to reality. Dušan patiently walked me through the whole process of buying an engagement ring and he made the experience both enjoyable and educational. I've worked with a lot of salesmen through many different industries and I could truly tell that Dušan was genuinely trying to find the best diamond and engagement band for my fiance. In fact, he even went under my budget and still provided me with something that exceeded my expectations.
After I put down my deposit, Dušan diligently sent regular communications and updates on the ring. When I told him that there was a sudden change in timing on my end and that I needed the ring sooner, Dušan worked super hard to make it happen and offered alternative suggestions in case things were cutting too close. I really appreciated his transparency and his understanding of my urgency. He got me the ring on time, and my now fiance was ecstatic to finally wear the ring. Thanks for making it happen Dušan!

Wow! I would never have thought to purchase a diamond, or a ring for that matter at Spence Diamonds. Silly me! My fiance presented me with the most beautiful ring but we had to go back to Spence to get it resized. Amanda was our consultant and am I ever glad. She didn't hesitate for a second to ensure we/I got what I wanted. She showed me the diamond that I was gifted under the microscope (I love it by the way) and explained the quality and cut, etc. It is beautiful. If you are looking for that special something for that special someone, see Amanda. I highly recommend her and Spence Diamonds.

Spence also can send out ur jewellery for repair if required.

Highly recommend. I was shopping for earrings for my wife, but I had no idea what to look for. The sales rep showed me lots of options within my price range. I appreciate that there was no pressure for upselling. I also got more future gift ideas. Also love the “lifetime free upgrade” program for stud diamond items, ie. you can exchange the current item for something that’s at least 50% more expensive, and get full credit on the what you paid on the previous item (no depreciation). Thank you Amanda for a wonderful experience.
