Highly recommend. I was shopping for earrings for my wife, but I had no idea what to look for. The sales rep showed me lots of options within my price range. I appreciate that there was no pressure for upselling. I also got more future gift ideas. Also love the “lifetime free upgrade” program for stud diamond items, ie. you can exchange the current item for something that’s at least 50% more expensive, and get full credit on the what you paid on the previous item (no depreciation). Spence is the place to go for beautiful, top quality jewlery. They have excellent customer service and really stand behind their words with service and support before, during and long after they sell you a diamond. Shout out to Mercedes at the Vancouver Burrard store. We had a repair issue with the engagement ring we purchased over 30 years ago, and she went several "extra miles" to provide the excellent customer service Spence is known for.
