Yash went above and beyond for my boyfriend and I when we did not receive a good “Spence experience” the first time we went ring shopping. From greeting us the moment we entered Woodbridge location to the moment we picked up the final product was nothing short of amazing. He took his time with us explaining how Spence is different from other jewellery stores, he showed different diamonds under the microscope, and we learned so much from him. He made sure that we understood how the grading works, showed us how diamonds are made and just over all provided an excellent experience. He stayed in contact with us and was very responsive when I had to email him. We are so thrilled with our purchase and highly recommend Yash and his team, he will make every bride feel special and have them leave with a smile on their face.
John helped me polish and old ring of mine and it turned out beautifully! They offered free ring polishing even if the original ring wasn't purchased with them. It looks good as new!!
